Refund policy
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase. To accommodate holiday shopping, purchases made between November 15 and December 31st are eligible for return through January 31.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging, and unused/undamaged. Items returned with a gift receipt will be refunded as store credit. Items returned with the original receipt will be refunded to the original method of payment.
If you receive a damaged item, it can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for an identical item. Please do not use the damaged item prior to returning, as damage may affect the performance or safety of the item. Used items with obvious defects may be covered by manufacturer warranty, but are not eligible for in store exchange.
If an item becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, it can be exchanged for an identical item. Items which have been used improperly are not eligible for return or exchange.
After 30 days, the item may be covered by manufacturer warranty, which we are happy to help you navigate, but it is no longer eligible for return or exchange in store.
Returns without receipts must be verified through our Point of Sale system using a customer name, credit card, email address or phone number. If we are unable to verify your purchase we will not be able to accept your return.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
Clearance items and Seconde Fresh Pasta are not eligible for return.
ONLINE RETURNS
At Zest, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible for you navigate.

Requirements
- Within 30 Days - You must request a return within 30 days of the product being shipped to you. Returns must be shipped back to our store within 7 days of receiving your return label.
- Includes original packaging and unused - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in unused condition. Zest may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
- If a product is deemed unfit for return, Zest will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer.
Return costs
Once your item is received and approved your return, you will receive a refund minus the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of your item being received at our facility. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage for returning a product during shipment.
We offer full a refund or exchange for any order received in defective or damaged condition, or missing items, within 30 days from the shipping date. In the event you are missing an item from your order, please contact [email protected].
We will pay return postage if:
- You received a different item than what was ordered
- The item received was damaged
If your item arrives undamaged but upon opening is revealed to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us for assistance. We may have you ship the item back to us at our expense, or we may coordinate a replacement with the manufacturer. Generally this will apply to electronics or appliances.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please request a return as soon as possible. Take pictures of the damages and hang on to the original packaging.
